We have introduced some new functionalities that may be of interest to you.
Export of Processes 🩴
In the process definition part of the application, there is now the possibility to export in ZIP format all the instances of a given process with all its tasks, data and documents. As well as a list of events registered in the life cycle of each process. This new functionality gives you the flexibility of having all your data available without the need to use our API Rest. In addition, the resulting ZIP maintains a well-defined structure and its data is exported in JSON files for which a JSON SCHEMA has been designed and which is available in our repositories and with which you can create, if you wish, your own interpretation tools.
The operation is simple, once the export action has been executed, the data export process is executed in the background, which may take some time depending on the number of instances and data available. Once this process is completed, the user who requested the export will receive an email with a link to download it. These data download actions are only available to users with Organization Owner role.

Onboarding experience 🛬
We have been experimenting with a new form of Onboarding experience in the application. And we have decided to implement the onbording scenario as if it were a process that you can define in KuFlow! So from minute 1 you will be familiarising yourself with the tool.
From now on, when you create a new Organization in the application a tutorial onboarding process will be launched consisting of a series of informative tasks that will give you an overview of the possibilities of the application.
